 At Motivated Fitness, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely, secure, and reliable manner. Whether it’s apparel, accessories, or wellness materials, we work hard to make sure your experience is smooth from checkout to delivery.

1. Processing Times

  • Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (sales, drops, holidays), processing times may be extended slightly. We’ll keep you updated via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

    • Flat Rate: $5–$10 depending on weight

    • Free shipping on orders over $75

    • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing

  • International Shipping:

    • Currently available to select countries

    • Rates and delivery times vary by location

    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes

3. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

4. Shipping Partners

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages due to address entry errors

  • Additional charges incurred due to re-shipping

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order shows “delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

  • Then email us at with your order number and tracking info
    While we are not responsible for lost/stolen items, we’ll do our best to support and guide the next steps.

7. Returns Due to Delivery Failures

  • Orders returned to us due to delivery failure (e.g., unclaimed, wrong address) will be refunded minus shipping fees or re-shipped at the buyer’s expense.
